We keep our pricing simple and transparent. All pricing is per window - you only pay for what you need!

  • Per window pricing:

    • First story exterior only starting at $5 per window.

    • Second story exterior only starting at $7 per window.

    Price includes cleaning exterior glass, window frame and exterior sill.

  • Per window pricing:

    • First story interior and exterior window cleaning starting at $9 per window.

    • Second story interior and exterior window cleaning starting at $12 per window.

    Price includes cleaning glass, frames and sills both inside and out along with a quick wipe of the tracks.

  • Priced as part of your regular window cleaning (not an add-on).

    • Exterior only: starting at $18 per door (includes screen cleaning).

    • Interior & exterior: starting at $28 per door (includes screen cleaning).

    A standard 2-panel sliding glass door is typically counted as one door for pricing.

  • Per pane pricing.

    • First-story French panes / grids: starting at $.65 – $1 per pane.

    • Second-story French panes / grids: starting at $1 – $1.25 per pane.

    French panes and grid-style windows take extra time and detail work, so they are priced per pane in addition to the standard per-window rate.

    Note: Restoration items such as paint, silicone, stickers, stucco, concrete or hard water spots are not included in standard pricing unless specifically listed on your estimate.

  • Screen cleaning is always Included at the rate below. It does not make sense to clean the glass and leave the screens dirty. Screen cleaning is done with every window cleaning service. You do not need to request it separately.

    • Screen cleaning: $2 - $3 per screen

    We remove the screen, clean it, and reinstall it after the glass is cleaned.

  • Add these services for maximum impact (window screens are included).

    Track & Jamb Cleaning

    Tracks and jambs collect dirt, bugs, and debris over time. Cleaning them helps windows operate and look significantly better.

    • Track & Jamb Cleaning: $3 - $5 per window.

    *Includes vacuuming and wiping out debris in the lower tracks and jamb areas.

    Skylights

    Skylights bring in beautiful light but collect dirt, pollen, and debris faster than regular windows—especially on the exterior.

    • Skylights: starting at $10 – $16 each.

    We carefully clean skylights using appropriate tools and methods for elevated glass.

    Solar Panel Cleaning

    If you have solar panels, keeping them clean can help maintain performance and protect your investment.

    • Solar Panel Cleaning: Residential systems: starting at $5–$8 per panel.

    • Most typical home systems: starting at $99+ per system

    We use soft brushes and pure water methods designed specifically for solar panels.

  • Not necessarily. As long as we can access the areas to be cleaned (and any interior windows are unlocked/accessible), you don’t have to be home. Many clients choose to have exterior-only service when they’re away.

  • A few quick steps help the job go smoothly:

    • Unlock gates and secure pets.

    • Clear fragile items near windows (inside and outside).

    • Move small furniture away from interior windows if applicable.

  • We use professional window-cleaning tools and techniques for a streak-free finish. Depending on the job, this may include traditional squeegee work and/or purified water systems for exterior glass.

  • Most homes do well on a quarterly or bi-annual schedule. Coastal or dusty areas often benefit from more frequent cleanings due to salt, wind, and debris.

  • Sometimes—these can require specialty techniques and may be priced separately.
